Jessica Schilder improves Dutch record shot put after 24 years

Jessica Schilder broke the Dutch record shot put on Sunday. The Volendam shot to 19.26 meters in Apeldoorn during the NK Indoor Meerkamp. The old record was held by Corrie de Bruin (18.97 metres) from 1998.

Achieved the Volendam the limit last month for the upcoming World Indoor Championships. Painter punched to 18 meters and 43 centimeters. As a result, she finished third in the Czech Kladno.
