Puljujärvi is happy about the condition of his hips.
Jesse Puljujärvi rehabilitation from hip surgery is progressing nicely.
Both of Puljujärvi’s hips were operated on in June in the United States, but now he is cooling down on the ice quite quickly.
The Finnish forward posted a video of his ice training on Instagram and wrote a funny pun on the side of the video.
– Hip hip hooray! Puljujärvi wrote referring to the English word hip (hip).
Despite his promising rehabilitation, Puljujärvi does not think he will be fit to play before December-January.
– If you could get to that, it would be quite difficult, but then everything has to go smoothly, he commented to Iltalehte in September.
The 25-year-old Finn is currently without a contract. Last season, he moved to the Carolina Hurricanes in the middle of the winter, but his performance in the top team remained stagnant. In 17 regular season matches and seven playoff games, there were only 0+3 points.
Puljujärvi has said that he does not plan to return to the rinks of Europe. His sights are still firmly on the NHL.
