Linda de Mol claims that she and Jeroen Rietbergen ‘definitely are not back together’, but according to Yvonne Coldeweijer she is lying. “He just comes there, eats and sits on the couch in the evening.”
There have been persistent rumors for weeks that Linda de Mol is back in the arms of Voice pervert Jeroen Rietbergen, but she herself denies that. “No, we’re definitely not back together,” she says in her comeback column. “We talk occasionally. With the help of a therapist, because quite a bit has happened. I hope that is allowed.”
Aggressive Linda
Yvonne Coldeweijer is terribly annoyed by the tone that Linda catches on in her column. “She has a passive aggressive show,” she says in her podcast The Juice Show. “But he still gets there, he still gets there.”
According to Yvonne, it says enough that the two are in relationship therapy. “Lin, we already know that. You’re not separated. Maybe to the outside world, because she can’t go to a premiere with him anymore and can’t be openly with him anymore, but there is still love and the two are working through it.”
‘He just gets there’
Linda is a lying animal, says Yvonne. “Jeroen just comes over there, his studio is in the garden. He just comes there, he eats with it, he sits on the couch in the evening. Then you can say: ‘We are not together’, but he is on the couch with you, Lin.”
Media journalist Mark Koster also thinks it is enough to say that Linda points out in her column that she and Jeroen are in therapy. “She’s actually trying to force an opening like, ‘Maybe it’ll be okay then and please folks, understand me.’”
‘She’s so naive’
What does Yvonne think about Linda being so vulgar in her column? “It almost seems to me that she is now facing criticism for the very first time in her life. That may also be true. When I read this whole piece, I get the feeling that she has always linked her identity to what the outside world thinks.”
She continues: “Now she’s not the only person because there are a lot of people who do that, but you would think she would have been dyed through the wool. From: well, she’s been around in the entertainment business for so long… I wouldn’t have estimated her that naive!”
‘It’s sad’
You notice that Linda is only used to applause, says Yvonne. “I think that’s the sad thing. Not so much that her husband cheated, but I think the sad and pathetic thing is: wow, Lin, how can I update you on how to give a shit about other people? Linda is just not used to that hate.”
Linda attacks one after the other celebrities in her column. “She’s literally going to peel off whoever said something hateful about her on TV: come onLin!”
‘What are you doing?’
Linda’s attack on Tim Hofman is especially weak, says Yvonne. The fallen TV queen attacks him over a clip in which he makes a naughty comment. “Lin, Lin, that’s something completely different! That’s not… What are you doing by losing weight to Tim? It’s not Tim’s fault that your husband is a pervert!”
According to Yvonne, such a you-bak is an enormous weakness. “She shouldn’t do that at all. She should have kept it short.”
