Jeremy Renner reports from the hospital after his snow plow accident: On Tuesday he posted a photo of himself from the hospital bed on his Instagram account. His injuries are clearly visible – he’s covered in bruises and his eye is swollen. Still, he seems to be doing better. Most recently, it was said that his condition was critical but stable.
Under the post, the actor thanked his Instagram followers for the get well wishes that have reached him. “Thank you for the many kind words,” he wrote. “I’m too broken to write now. But I send you all love. ”In addition to his fans, his Marvel colleagues also commented on the post. Chris “Thor” Hemsworth wrote: “Speedy recovery mate. Greetings in your direction!
Renner had to be flown to a hospital in Reno, USA, on January 1 after an accident. He was run over by a seven-ton snowplow and injured his head, leg and upper body. The accident happened when the 52-year-old wanted to free a family member’s stuck car from the snow. There had previously been 90 centimeters of fresh snow in the place. The actor uncovered the car and then got out of the snow groomer to talk to family members. However, the machine started moving, and Renner tried to climb into the driver’s seat to stop it.
The actor is best known for playing Marvel superhero Hawkeye. He played the character in “Thor” and the “Avangers” series, among others. On Disney+ he got his own series with “Hawkeye”.
