Radio host Jenni Alexandrova, 43, has published a “motkotus video” (Finnish complaint video) on his Instagram account, according to his own words. It is a statement on the current phenomenon, where people go to work rather than being sick at home.

He reminds his social media followers in the text section of his publication that the workplace will be fine, even if the employee takes some time to rest.

– You are replaceable in almost all aspects of life, especially at work. So don’t think that the world will fall if you rest and gather your strength. The work is waiting or someone else is taking care of it for the necessary time. Your task is to rest, the host emphasizes in his writing.

– I am well aware that, for example, being an entrepreneur is difficult. I’m talking more about the “even with my head in my armpit” mentality, which often stems from the idea that the world doesn’t run without your own input, he adds.

Alexandrova continues her publication on the subject with a video where she states that no one is interested even if a person stays home sick.

– The unfortunate truth is that if you are at home resting, few people notice. And even fewer are interested in it, he reminds.

Alexandrova’s social media followers are used to the presenter’s opinionated social media posts. At the end of October, Alexandrova talked about the dark side of social media work, while in September, the presenter shared a nasty comment she received on her account from one of her social media followers.

At the time, the host said that he could stand the barking himself, but was horrified by the idea that young people would receive similar messages.

– Fortunately, the message of the picture came to me. However, not everyone has thick skin. Especially not in children. Talk to your children, he urged in his post.
