Jeffrey Hoogland will no longer start on Saturday at the track cycling world championships in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France. Hoogland fell on Thursday after the keirin part, on which he took silver. A day later, he still became world champion in the one-kilometer time trial, but he was already complaining about his fitness.
