Jasmin Kähärä won the U23 world championship in sprint skiing.
Kähärä, 22, was overwhelming. He won the qualifier, quarter-final, semi-final and final.
Silver and bronze went to Norway. Kristin Fosnaes left Kähärä by 0.71 seconds, Sigrid Foeyen 1.16 seconds.
The medal is Finland’s third in the Whistler U23 Championships.
