– We greet, but we’re not talking too much. I assumed that we would have continued in the footsteps of his father, as we sometimes agreed. I once sent an email about possible return when the last name is the same and we operate in the same hall. However, it would be quite difficult to return together, Hedman tells Ilta-Sanomat.
Jari Hedman worked for Tenni School Hedman Oy for about 38 years until he resigned in 2014.
– Years in tennis school have been memorable, educational, busy, but most of all, I always feel a really privileged tennis teacher when I have been working with you all these years that I will never forget, Hedman wrote on Facebook at the time of resignation.
Today, Hedman coaches tennis through his own company. In recent years, he has coached former Finland’s former Prime Minister Sanna Marin and singer Erika Vikman.
