The Japanese coast guard is looking for 26 missing occupants of the capsized tourist boat Kazu I. The vessel was sailing west of the Shiretoko nature reserve off the northern island of Hokkaido when crew members reported that they were in trouble at 1.15 p.m. local time on Saturday.
