Jamie xx has released a new single. The track “It’s So Good” is available to stream on all platforms. The English musician and producer has released his first new solo music in over a year. The song was released in connection with the new Chanel Coco Crush campaign.
“It’s So Good” starts with rhythmic sounds and is a sensitive and euphoric piece that gradually develops over four and a half minutes. The song literally pushes you onto the dance floor.

Is there a second solo album coming?
Jamie xx’s solo debut album, IN COLOUR, was released in 2015. At the beginning of 2023, the member of the British band The xx announced in an interview that a second solo album would be coming soon. However, the work has still not been published, let alone announced in more detail. At the time, he justified the long wait between this and the next album by saying that during this period he had also worked on the current The xx album I SEE YOU (2017) and on his bandmate Oliver Sim’s solo album HIDEOUS BASTARD (2022). He also understood that he was simply “very slow” and that he really enjoyed working at this pace.
There’s always something to do: The 35-year-old and his The xx bandmate Romy recently worked on their solo album MID AIR.
