Actor Jamie Foxx55, has been sued for a sexual crime.
CNN– according to the lawsuit received by the newspaper Jane Doe claims Foxx molested her in a New York restaurant. According to Doe, the actor had groped her breasts and genital area without permission and using forceful means. The lawsuit emphasizes that the woman has experienced both mental and physical damage as a result of Foxx’s outrageous act.
Doe also sued the restaurant’s parent company, Catch Hospitality Group, which, according to the woman, did not intervene in the harassment situation. In the lawsuit, the company is accused of negligent hiring, training and instructions.
Doe is seeking an unspecified amount of compensation. Foxx and Catch Hospitality Group have not yet commented on Doe’s allegations.
The last time Foxx faced serious accusations was in August, when social media suspected him of anti-Semitism. The uproar started when Foxx had talked about Jesus in his Instagram post in a way that many interpreted as anti-Semitic.
– They killed a guy named Jesus. What do you think they will do to you?! The post, which was later deleted, read.
Many suspected that Foxx meant Jews by the word “they”. The actor later apologized for his writing, explaining that his publication was in no way about Jews.
– To clarify things: one of my fake friends cheated on me and that’s what I meant by the word “they”, nothing more. There is only love in my heart for everyone. I love and support the Jewish community, he elaborated in his Instagram post.
