TOn the eve of the expiration of a law that allows victims to file civil complaints for statute-barred facts, new accusations of sexual violence thunder across the world of American entertainment. Jamie Foxx and Axl Rose are in the crosshairs for some events that occurred in 2015 and 1989 respectively.
Jamie Foxx, Axl Rose and the accusations
Jamie Foxxactor best known for his role in Django Unchained by Quentin Tarantino, is the subject of a sexual assault complaint in New York relating to events dating back to 2015. The complainant – who wished to maintain her anonymity – accused him of sexually assaulting her while the two were on the roof terrace of a Manhattan bar-restaurant.
On that occasion the interpreter of Ray he allegedly paid compliments to the girl, claiming that she had “a super model’s body” and “smells good”. At that point, Foxx would have grabbed her arm and pushed her against her will into a more secluded part of the bar where he would have groped her breast and then slipped his hand under the top she was wearing.

All this after she was not helped by a security guard of the club who would have seen everything but who would have done nothing to prevent this harassment. The woman, in fact, not only sued Foxx but also the restaurant and its employees who did not help her.
But Jamie Foxx is not the only star who, in these last hours, has received such an accusation. Axl Rose, accused by a former Penthouse model
Another name involved in these accusations is Axl Rose. Sheila Kennedyformer Penthouse model, he reported the frontman of Guns N’ Roses to have it tied up and brutally sodomized against his will. The facts date back to 1989when the woman was 26 years old.
Kennedy said Axl Rose dragged her “like a caveman” and then raped her. The incident allegedly happened during a party, in the singer’s hotel room. According to what the woman said, the artist would have given his guests cocaine, champagne and other alcohol and would have «group sex encouraged». At that point the woman would have made clear her desire to leave the party and she would have been “pushed to the ground” by the singer.
