Jakobsen fastest in Koolskamp

Timothy Dupont (Bingoal Pauwels Sauces WB) was the first West-Flemish with a fifth place.

The Championship of Flanders is traditionally spinning in circles in a Koolskamp. The riders will complete 13 laps of 14.1 kilometers each this year. After the start from the Dorpsplein of Koolskamp it goes in the direction of Egem and Pittem to turn again to Koolskamp where the finish line is drawn on the Tieltsestraat.

Last year the overall victory went to Jasper Philipsen. He won after a bunch sprint of the Dutchman Dylan Groenewegen and the Estonian Martin Laas.
