Jaimie Vaes completely slammed by De Telegraaf: ‘So superficial!’

Jaimie Vaes is completely screwed up by De Telegraaf. She is called a superficial woman by show journalist Jordi Versteegden. “She goes from dinner to dinner!”

She has now completely separated from the violent rapper Lil Kleine: influencer Jaimie Vaes. She is now trying to make ends meet and does that with television work, among other things. This week the third season of her real life soap ‘Jaimie: In The Vaes Lane’ started. Not recommended, says Jordi Versteegden.

Dredge TV

Jordi, entertainment journalist for De Telegraaf, has watched the first episode and thinks it is rubbish. “The first ten minutes we see how she was a guest at Khalid & Sophie. That was a nice interview. Then we see her again entering a clinic somewhere and then I think: it’s going to be fake again. What do you want to show? That’s what I wonder about.”

She is really just talentless, according to Jordi. “Sometimes she’s in some clinic to teach some botox, other times she’s having a nice evening in a restaurant, but she doesn’t really show the real hard work (…). What is she really good at?”

“She can’t do anything!”

Actually, that Jaimie just can’t do anything, he continues. “What can this lady actually do? You actually surprise me a bit with it. Why are we all looking at this?”

According to him, it is a pity that Jaimie no longer shows her real self. “She’s going to Ibiza, she hopes to make it ‘the best summer ever’. I then think: if you want to be taken more seriously – because that is also her goal, that we no longer see her as a superficial person – then take us to a psychologist. But no, it’s just partying again.”

No deeper layer

Telegraaf colleague Wilson Boldewijn: “You say: she strives for a kind of deeper layer of who she is, but she runs back very quickly to the surface of Ibiza and the cosmetic doctor.”

Jordan: “Yes. When I think of someone who has real depth, to me that’s someone who works hard. Her life seems to run like this: from one dinner to another and from one clinic to another clinic. Of course she also earns money with this, because she is an influencer. But I think that’s superficial to be honest.”

DJ Jamie

Jaimie now wants to pursue her own DJ career. Also superficial, Jordi thinks. “We are always talking about that superficial. This is that superficial. I think: is this the solution?”

He concludes: “We already have a thousand famous people in this world – call a Paris Hilton – who get behind the turntables. I hope we get a deeper layer somewhere, but I don’t quite see it yet.”
