Jaajo Linnonmaa reveals the real reason for the firing of the rival who irritated him with his behavior

In the podcast, Jaajo Linnonmaa explains the background to Janne’s firing.

Jaajo Linnonmaa fired Nico and Janne. Four

In the latest Diili episode, the teams were given the task of planning the dishes for the Super Bowl restaurant. Both the preparation time of the black rice, the tight schedule and the expensive raw materials brought challenges to the competitors.

They finally got their boarding passes Nico and Tendon.

Janne had previously received feedback on his social skills and teamwork during the competition.

Business professionals Lotta Backlund and Verneri Ruohoranta saw an episode of Suplan In the Diili podcast. They also interview Diili boss Jaajo Linnonmaa. Jaajo tells the simple reason why Janne got fired.

– Even though it is clearly a creator, I also have to think about the endgame, i.e. the person who wins Diil. He comes with my employees (to work) and also to operate. I could probably handle that kind of bombardment, but my own staff might be surprised if I got such direct feedback. Now it was time for Janne to go home, Jaajo reasons.

Jaajo is happy that Janne’s softer side was seen in the last episode.

– When he left the boxing gloves in the dressing room, as he himself said, we saw a very sensitive interpreter who was one of the team members. Although he didn’t really accomplish anything, we saw new sides of Janne. We saw such spiritual growth.

Verneri asks Jaajo if he thinks it’s strange that when Jannelle is pointed out about her behavior, “you can’t get anything out of the man anymore”. He asks if “Janne should just let go and go full throttle” or what is the right solution?

– I got a bit of a frustrated feeling on Janne’s behalf, that you can’t say that “when I received so much negative feedback about my behavior, I decided to reduce the power”. I would have liked to see that basic Janne in that last task – we would have had that entertainment, Jaajo reflects.
