Tottenham, one of the English Premier League teams, announced that the injured Croatian player Ivan Perisic will be away from the fields for a long time.
According to the statement made by the club, the 34-year-old winger, who was injured in his right knee during training, was detected to have a tear in his anterior cruciate ligament.
Perisic will undergo surgery and is expected to close the season.
Perisic, who scored 33 goals in 129 matches for the Croatian National Team, played with 1 goal and 14 assists in 50 matches in Tottenham, where he was transferred in 2022.
