It’s time! Three young meerkats show themselves for the first time

Three meerkats were born in the Beekse Bergen in Hilvarenbeek. The trio showed themselves to caregivers and spectators for the first time last week. Because the animals are born bald, blind and deaf, they remain underground for the first few weeks. After about three weeks they come out for the first time. Caregivers believe the trio is now a month old.
