The NOS final debate on the eve of the provincial elections attracted an average of more than 1.3 million viewers on NPO 1 on Tuesday. The debate, which was broadcast live from the provincial government building in Den Bosch, was attended by the party leaders of the largest political parties. Among others Mark Rutte (VVD), Sigrid Kaag (D66), Geert Wilders (PVV), Caroline van der Plas (BBB) and Attje Kuiken (PvdA) debated with each other.
The program was therefore by far the most viewed title on primetime. In total, about 3 million people watched for at least a minute.
