According to the document dated August 31, 2023 obtained from FIFA, Hatayspor’s Tunisian player, who withdrew from the league due to the earthquake disaster 10 days after signing the contract, requested to pay 124 thousand euros in his application to FIFA. Dudziak also asked Hatayspor to cover 5 percent delay interest and his lawyer and litigation expenses in addition to his receivables.
It was learned that FIFA found Dudziak partially right and decided to pay 45 thousand 632 euros (1.5 million lira) to the football player. It was stated that if this payment could not be made, the club would be banned from transferring.
ANNIVERSARY SHARING
Dudziak, who continued his football career in the German team Hertha Berlin, shared a post on his social media account on the anniversary of the earthquake: “We spent a week with the team after signing an agreement with Hatayspor. Unfortunately, an unfortunate disaster occurred that made us all sad. Afterwards, after meeting with my club and my coach, we parted ways by mutual agreement. “I felt the need to make this statement after the unfounded news in the press. I have never requested money from Hatayspor. I submit it to the public.” he said.
HE TOOK TIME IN 3 MATCHES
Dudziak was transferred to Hatayspor with the contract he signed on January 26, 2023. According to the contract, the football player would be paid 24 thousand euros per month for 5 months, a total of 120 thousand euros, and an additional 4 thousand euros for house and car rental.
Due to the earthquake on February 6, 2023, league matches were postponed indefinitely and Hatayspor withdrew from the league. The football player played in 3 matches between January 26 and February 6.
