Queen Elizabeth fails to deliver speech from the throne
London – Queen Elizabeth failed to deliver the Queen’s Speech on Tuesday afternoon. It is only the third time this has happened during her now seventy-year reign. The other times this was the result of pregnancies, now the 96-year-old monarch is not mobile enough, according to an official statement.
