The person who detonated a bomb in a busy shopping street in Turkish Istanbul on Sunday has been arrested. Turkish Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu told the state news agency Anadolu. He points an accusing finger at the Kurdish workers’ party PKK. The attack left at least six dead and dozens injured.
