They rely on dialogue – and celebrate two years of the “Abraham Accords Declaration”! Understanding between Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

To celebrate, there was a light installation on Bebelplatz that shows the future together. The motto “Two countries celebrate peace.”

Ron Prosor, Israel’s Ambassador to Germany: “This is a turning point in the Middle East.” Mariam al-Mheiri, Environment Minister of the United Arab Emirates (VAR) spoke of a historic moment. Between Al-Mheiri and Prosor: Armin Laschet. He is a big supporter of the declaration.

With the declaration, Israel and the UAE want to strengthen their cooperation and find normality. However, the states have not committed themselves to specific measures in the diplomatic document.
