Isoskele strengthens in acquiring CyberCité, the first independent French agency specializing in search marketing and social media. Together, the two agencies now weigh 91 million euros in turnover and bring together 430 employees.
Isoskèle continues its momentum in digital marketing
CyberCité is an agency that was created in 1999. Specialized in Digital Marketing, the company has offices in Paris, Lyon, Chambéry, Nantes, Rennes and Sophia Antipolis. The agency has for several years been considered an expert on “Mastery of algorithms for major web platforms” (Google, Facebook, Amazon, LinkedIn, etc.) as on content marketing strategies. This is an important acquisition for Isoskèle, a subsidiary of the La Poste group, which wishes to continue its growth dynamic in the field of digital marketing.
Automotive ads will soon have to incorporate deterrent messages
Unlike CyberCité, Isoskèle has only existed since 2019 … For two years, the agency has been trying to differentiate itself from other agencies by focusing on the balanced marriage of emotional approaches to communication, and more rational approaches to digital marketing. With this offer, the La Poste group subsidiary is betting that its customers will be able to “Significantly and sustainably improve their business performance”. With CyberCité, Isoskèle strengthens itself in the field of traffic generation and acquisition, two subjects that are of increasing interest to brands.
An intelligent alliance to build a new generation player in digital marketing
In summary, on the one hand, we have CyberCité which is capable of generating large audiences on search engines and social networks. On the other hand, Isoskele can understand these audiences and certainly turn them into clients. On paper, this alliance has everything to work over time. The clients of this new version of the agency will be able to solicit multidisciplinary teams, able to address global issues in an agile way. The acquisition of CyberCité allows Isoskèle to implement its vision: “Build a new generation player in digital marketing and communication”.
Manuela Pacaud, Managing Director of Isoskèle believes that this merger with CyberCité is “Almost natural”. According to her, “This alliance will make it possible to offer a perfect balance between the power of advertising creation and the effectiveness of digital marketing”. For his part Nicolas Claraz, CEO of CyberCité, says he is very proud of this “Clear rapprochement between two players who not only share the same corporate values, but also the same ambitions to serve major clients in their market”.
