The French luxury brand Isabel Marant will be opening its own store in Berlin this fall, making it its third boutique in Germany. In Berlin, the label is already represented by a shop-in-shop concept at KaDeWe.

For this purpose, the brand has rented a shop with a rental area of around 260 square meters at Potsdamer Strasse 98 in Berlin through the German subsidiary of the Swiss luxury group Richemont. This was confirmed by retail specialist Comfort.

“Isabel Marant has secured a location in the up-and-coming northern section of Potsdamer Strasse in the vicinity of Acne and Paul Smith brand stores and the Andreas Murkudis concept store,” Comfort said in a statement.

The label already runs its own shops on Residenzstrasse in Munich and on Neuer Wall in Hamburg. After openings in the Middle East and China, Isabel Marant is now expanding a little closer to its home market of France.

As recently as May, the label had brought its vintage platform, which had already been launched in France in the summer of 2021, to Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. The digital resale platform allows customers to breathe new life into the label’s used garments.
