Irving to stay with Brooklyn Nets for $37 million extra years
Basketball star Kyrie Irving opts for a longer stay with the Brooklyn Nets. The guard has the option in his contract to play an extra year at the NBA club from New York for $ 37 million, American media reported. Irving, 30, has been associated with other teams in recent times.
Irving has played ‘only’ 103 games for the Nets in the past three seasons. He was often injured and was not allowed to participate in many home games last season because he had not been vaccinated against the corona virus.
