Just last Sunday, Philipp triumphed over half the distance in Kraichgau at the Ironman 70.3. There was no sign of this during her performance in Hamburg over 3.8 kilometers of swimming, 170 kilometers of cycling and the final marathon. The 35-year-old, who only recovered from a corona infection at the beginning of May, won in 8:18.20 hours and, after her triumph in Finland in 2021, won the European Championship gold medal again.
