The Hamburg fashion label Iris von Arnim is now also represented in Austria with its own store. On Wednesday, the company announced the opening of its new store in the capital, Vienna. The brand offers its collections on an area of 120 square meters at the centrally located Neuer Markt.
With the new opening in Vienna, Iris von Arnim now has four boutiques. The others are in Kampen on the island of Sylt, as well as in Munich and Düsseldorf. The clothing supplier also operates its own online shop.
Managing Director Valentin von Arnim explained why the fashion house chose Vienna: “Austria is very important to me for many reasons. I love traveling to my wife’s homeland – and I love Vienna: its people, its culture, the joy of beautiful things. I would move here in a heartbeat,” the company founder’s son said in a statement. “And just as the Viennese love to be together, we’re all about the melange of the feel: cashmere and valuable natural materials. You should touch and feel, you can get close to us and feel what special things Iris and our team create.”
