Iranian authorities have experienced a PR fiasco after they placed a giant billboard depicting women in hijab in a central square in Tehran. The sign had to be removed after less than a day because the women on the poster, or their relatives, objected. The women in question did not want to serve as advertising for the government or for wearing a hijab.
