Iran and Turkey want to expand economic cooperation

Iran and Turkey want to further develop their economic cooperation. The goal is to increase annual trade volume to $30 billion, President Ebrahim Raisi said on Tuesday in Tehran during a speech attended by his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Erdogan sees that he mainly hoped to expand cooperation in the defense industry. The current trading volume is $7.5 billion.
