France has requested that Manzana remove all models from sale iPhone 12 for exceeding permitted radiation levels. “Accordingly, Apple must immediately take all necessary measures to prevent the iPhone 12 from being available on the market. For smartphones already in use, Apple must take all necessary corrective measures to bring devices into compliance as soon as possible; otherwise, the company will have to withdraw the equipment,” declared the French control body.
In a report by the Spanish media ABC, the oncologist Miguel Ángel Berenguer He detailed: “There is no rigorous scientific study published in top-level scientific journals that has published a solid relationship between the radiation emitted by smartphones, which is non-ionizing, and cancer. The only biological effect it is known to cause is an increase in tissue temperature, but this is not related to cancer.”
It is estimated, in this instance, that the French regulatory body will review that the iPhone 12 conforms to the standards in case the multinational company, founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne, decide to update it.
