The technology giant Apple will release its upcoming iPhone 15 phone and the next generation of smart watches on September 12th.

The most significant changes will be to the more luxurious models of the iPhone 15, which will presumably come under the names 15 Pro and 15 Max. In addition, the company will release two more affordable models.

The more luxurious models will have a newly designed outer structure that uses titanium instead of steel – the phone will thus be lighter than the previous model. The borders of the screen are thinner and the phones have a new A17 processor.

The boldest model comes with a 6.7-inch screen and a new camera with optical zoom. This means better image quality, especially when photographing distant objects. According to Forbes zoom will be 10x.

In addition, the mute button will become a multi-function button, the purpose of which can be modified.

However, Apple has not fixed the biggest problem, which is the rather expensive price of the phone. Forbes estimates that the price of the collection in America starts at 734 euros (799 dollars) and is at its most expensive 1,837 euros (2,000 dollars).

The launch event goes by the name “Wonderlust”. You can follow the release live on Apple’s website at 20:00 Finnish time.
