INVESTIGATION: Who saw man who beat up young man in Ostend?
The events took place on November 10 on Marie Joséplein in Ostend† The 25-year-old victim is waiting for the bus, but a man in a red coat headbutts him for no reason. The victim is also beaten and injured. The perpetrator behaved very conspicuously: he lay down on the floor and swung his arms around.

Wife also saw everything happen
The police are looking for witnesses, and certainly a female who saw everything happen and then helped the victim. She may have important information.
