The whole of Flanders knows him as the stand-up comedian who sometimes dares to laugh about his dwarfism, but if William Boeva (33) is very honest: it sucks. In a conversation of almost three hours he talks about what no one ever sees. The harsh remarks in his youth. The sweethearts who dropped out because he was too small. The inability to draw his plan on the toilet. And the panic attacks. “They said to my parents: put him in special education. Or let him shine shoes.
