Currently celebrating Against K his return to the stage at various festivals. After a two-year break due to corona, the rapper from Berlin can finally play live again. With his concerts, where he performs old and new hits, he gets his fans in the mood for the release of his eleventh studio album FOR THE HEAVEN THROUGH HELL on August 26, 2022. In addition, his “Toward the Sun” Tour which will take him through numerous cities in German-speaking countries from November 28th.
In addition to all these positive developments, Kontra K suffered from the consequences of the pandemic like all of us. In addition, due to his Ukrainian roots, the musician has a special relationship with the country, which has been at war with Russia for many months. With that in mind, we spoke to Kontra about his anti-war song “Stop Wars”, the next project and life as a father, musician, athlete and animal lover. Contra K feat. Sido & Leony – “Follow”
On July 8th Kontra K also released his fifth single from the forthcoming album FÜR DEN HEAVEN THROUGH HELL called “Follow” together with Sido and Leony. The Cratez along with Neal & Alex produced the beat to the song, which is a re-imagining of the Lykke Li song “Follow Rivers”.
“Tell me, are we going through hell and back?”: In the track, the three protagonists address the question of whether a relationship can survive times when it’s not raining champagne.
