Fuhler Loon en Verhuur BV from Emmen was named Enterprise of the Year in Drenthe last year. It has traditionally been an agricultural contracting company, but nowadays it is also active in earthmoving and road construction projects and in recycling. Because the company believes sustainability is important, it has two tractors running on hydrogen. This makes them the first in the Northern Netherlands.
The other finalists were Pandriks Bake Off from Meppel and Olba from Coevorden.
