AXA Bank’s internet banking website and mobile app were disrupted for some time on Monday due to technical problems. They started around 8 o’clock in the morning. Both have been available again since 5 p.m., AXA Bank Belgium confirms.
According to spokeswoman Caroline Beauvois, these are purely technical problems and there is no hacking involved. Other parts of the AXA Group are also said to have faced problems. Later this afternoon, AXA Bank will provide a more detailed state of affairs.
