Inter will be able to sign the agreement with the entertainment site Starcasinò.sport. This is what is confirmed by the commissioner of the Communications Regulatory Authority (Agcom), Massimiliano Capitanio.
“The site is for sports entertainment, as long as it remains so it does not seem to me to fall within the category prohibited by the Dignity Decree, as long as it respects the provisions of the Agcom guidelines”, said Capitanio, adding that “already from the first investigations regarding the ban on advertising of gambling, the Authority has established that the legislation is not violated if there is no reference to gaming pursuant to the guidelines, the information site does not contain elements, logos and graphics that may constitute indirect advertising of the relevant bookmaker and somehow push the user to play”.
