There, too, the company has chosen the line of continuity, rewarding a project that has proved successful for some years now. At least five to be exact, during which Inter won two Primavera championships, one championship in each category from U15 to U17 and two Super Cups. Here are the staff of the Nerazzurri nursery, which in recent seasons has grown (or is still growing) talents such as Esposito, Pirola, Stankovic, Mulattieri, Oristanio, Agoumé, Persyn, Zanotti, Iliev, Rovida, Zanotti, Casadei, Sangalli and the brothers Carboni, just to name the most well-known names. Except Fautario and Solivellas, the only two novelties, confirmed Chivu at the helm of the Primavera, the two U17 and U’18 technicians (Polenghi and Zanchetta) and the entire technical staff as a whole.

The sector that includes observers, trainers and technical managers is the one that brings together an authentic hard core of the Nerazzurri nursery, confirming the continuity and planning that guide the strategies in the youth sector. In the role of technical manager, for example, former ’63 class midfielder Daniele Bernazzani has been confirmed, who has worked in the Nerazzurri youth sector since 2003, after ten years of training at Piacenza. The deputy director of the youth sector and head of national scouting is always Giuseppe Giavardi (former striker), while Paolo Manighetti (former defender) will still manage international scouting. The role of head of trainers and methodology remains with Roberto Niccolai, loyal to Inter since 2010. There is also Giuliano Rusca, head of the pre-competitive area in Appiano since 2012. The primacy, however, belongs to Manuel Amoroso, coordinator of the goalkeepers area, who will turn exactly 20 years in the service of Inter in September.

At the helm of the U15 (which holds the championship record at 9 titles) was chosen Simone Fautario, a former left-back born in ’87 with a long experience in the Nerazzurri youth teams and a few sporadic appearances in the first team at the time of Mancini, therefore collaborator since 2019. The U16, on the other hand, has been entrusted to the only new face, Juan Solivellas, who has just returned from an experience at the helm of Bologna U15. The U17 (also a record holder of titles such as U15 and Primavera) will be under the orders of Tiziano Polenghi, a former defender who hung up his boots in 2016 to immediately join the Nerazzurri staff as a Berretti technician, therefore as a collaborator. coach and assistant coach of the Primavera.
