The rains and the drop in temperatures recorded in the last week are not going to stop here, as the forecast indicates that the unpleasant weather will continue for the next few days. In reality, say meteorologists, it is possible that, intermittently, the current situation will last until mid-March.

MONDAY, 7.- In much of the The peninsular southeast and the Mediterranean area continue to be unstable, with cloudy skies and rains and showers, which will be scattered and occasional in general. However, they will be more intense and frequent in the surroundings of the Valencian Community, especially on the southern coast, as well as in Melilla, Mediterranean Andalusia and Ibiza.
In the rest of the Peninsula there will be cloudy intervals and some showers in other areas of Andalusia, the southern plateau, the Pyrenees, the south of Aragon and the northeast of Catalonia.
The entry of an Atlantic front from the west is expected, with increased clouds and probable rainfall on the western coast of Galicia at the end of the day. In the Canary Islands, cloudy in the north of the archipelago, with the possibility of rain in the east of Tenerife. In the south, predominance of slightly cloudy skies.
The snow level is located at 700-900 meters in the northern Iberian mountain range and in the Central system, although it will gradually rise. WEDNESDAY, 9.- The Atlantic front of the previous day will surely leave rainfall in the northeast and the Balearic Islands, but a new Atlantic front will approach from the second half of the day, causing cloudy skies and more rainfall in the northwest of the peninsula. Precipitation in the form of snow in the Pyrenees is not ruled out, at levels of around 1,200-1,600 meters. In the Canary Islands, cloudy with intervals and the possibility of precipitation on the islands with greater relief.

Temperatures will rise throughout the country except in the southeast, where they will drop.
From here, the forecast is subject to greater uncertainty, but the AEMET indicates that for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, frontal systems associated with storms will enter that leave more rain throughout the weekend.
