INPS university scholarships: how to send applications

Sor not over 10 thousand scholarships worth two thousand euros for university courses and post-graduate master’s degrees made available by INPS and for which the Institute has just published the competition notice. Students will be able to access the financing by submitting the application starting from 31 January at 12pm no later than 12pm on 29 February 2024. Naturally, there are limits and requirements to be respected to submit the application.

INPS scholarships, for whom

The scholarships offered by INPS are aimed at students who are children or orphans of students enrolled in one of the following categories:

  • employees or pensioners registered with the Unitary Management of credit and social benefits
  • retired users of Public Employees Management
  • enrolled in the Master’s Assistance Management
  • employees or pensioners registered with the Ipost Fund

To be entitled to the benefit, they must have attended university degree courses and post-graduate specialization courses in theacademic year 2021-2022.

How much is student funding worth?

The beyond 10 thousand scholarships are worth 2000 euros each and they are divided between those for university courses of three-year degree or master’s degree or single cycle, of Conservatories or recognized Music Institutes and Academies of Fine Arts, or corresponding to legally recognized study courses abroad. And those for post-graduate university specialization courses.

Admission to the call: the requirements

Students who send the application for admission to the call will have to respect, as always, some requirements, which are:

  • under 32 years of age on the expiry date of the Notice;
  • have not already benefited, for the academic year 2021/2022, from other similar benefits provided by the Institute, the State, regional bodies for the right to university study or by other public or private institutions with a value exceeding 50% of the amount of the scholarship offered;
  • have passed all the exams required by the study plan chosen and approved by the University, relating to the academic year for which one is competing;
  • not already been winners of the INPS “University Colleges” notice, which also includes the academic year for which one is competing;
  • have achieved all the credits required by the regulations of the respective courses or of your study plan, in relation to the academic year for which you are competing;
  • not have been repeating students or enrolled outside the course in the academic year for which they are competing;
  • have achieved a minimum weighted average of 24/30
  • in the case of obtaining a degree in the same academic year for which one is competing, having obtained a grade of no less than 88 out of 110 or equivalent.

It is important to underline that the financing of the tender does not imply an incompatibility with the contributions for participation in the Erasmus project.

How to submit your scholarship application

The student, before submitting the application to participate in the competition, can submit the Single Substitute Declaration (DSU) for the determination of the ISEE 2024 for university performance. For fill out the application To participate in the competition, however, you must access the INPS website via Spid, There is or Cns to the page “Scholarships for first and second level schools, universities and ITS”, filling in all the fields on the application form. The IBAN of the bank or postal account in the applicant’s name or joint name must also be indicated (if you do not have one, you must open one). The electronic submission of the application will be possible from 12pm January 31, 2024 at 12pm February 29, 2024.
