Both drivers were injured in a collision between two cars on the N851 this morning. Between Rogat and Meppel, both cars collided head-on.
A trauma doctor arrived on the scene. It is unknown with what injuries the drivers were transported to the hospital.
The road was closed to traffic for some time. The police are investigating the cause.
