A 24-year-old man from Hoogeveen was injured last night in a violent incident on Zuidwoldigerweg in Hoogeveen. This is reported by the police. No suspect has yet been arrested.
The report came in to police around 4:55 a.m. When officers arrived on Zuidwoldigerweg, they found the injured victim on the street. The man has been taken to hospital.
Police have spoken to several witnesses, but no one has been arrested yet. Further investigation is underway. Witnesses are called to report to the police.
