Someone was stabbed tonight in a flat on the Engelandlaan in Haarlem. The police have arrested one person. They say it is a stabbing ‘in a relational atmosphere.’
Police received a report of the stabbing around 8:45 p.m. It is not clear what kind of injury the victim sustained, but it was serious enough to require hospitalization, a police spokesperson told NH. The suspected perpetrator has been arrested.
The investigation in the apartment is still in progress. The police could say that the stabbing took place ‘in a relational atmosphere.’ According to the police, the victim of the stabbing was also the reporter.
