One person was injured and taken to hospital in a fire at a horticultural center in Erica. It is unknown how serious the victim’s relocations are.
The fire on Warmoesstraat in Erica started around five o’clock. It is not known what caused the fire, but the flames quickly spread due to bone-dry grass. As a result, the building near the center was threatened.
Partly for this reason, the Emmen Corps was asked for assistance. In the end, the band managed to control the flames and prevent the fire from spreading.
