The driver of a car was injured this evening after a single-vehicle accident. The driver ran off the road for unknown reasons. Little is left of the front of the car.
The accident happened around 9.25 pm near De Helderse Vallei in Den Helder. For unknown reasons, the driver ran off the road and rammed into a traffic light and a tree. The tree ended up on the road and was removed by the fire service.
The driver was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
