Amsterdam – Swedish Pernilla Sjöholm, victim of Israeli scammer Shimon Hayut, better known as the Tinder Swindler, has not reached a settlement with ING. The Swedish accuses the Dutch bank of not protecting it against Hayut’s fraudulent practices. He used the ING account of a Dutch victim for this.
