The new season in the Eredivisie futsal of Lebo has started with a defeat. The team from Amsterdam had to take a narrow defeat in Calvin’s own sports hall: 2-1. One of the standout players at Lebo was Yassine Zakir, who played for Telstar last season.
The confrontation between Lebo and FC Eindhoven was a repeat of last year’s semi-final for the national championship. The people from Brabant also proved too strong in this. Many players have left the indoor football team from Amsterdam-West. As a result, more youth players should be given the opportunity this season.
The two teams kept each other even in the first half, but that changed after the break. Said Bouzambou, the former Hovocubo player, made the opening goal for Eindhoven. Gerben Sozeyedio doubled the score twelve minutes before the end: 2-0. Just before time, Lebo did something back, but the points went to Brabant.
RKAV Volendam
In the first game of the season, RKAV Volendam took a strong hit against Veerhuys: 2-8. Big man at the Volendam team was Nick Schilder with three hits. The victory was celebrated exuberantly, after which the focus was shifted to the fair.
