Indonesia takes over the search for the missing 13-year-old Dutch-British boy from Malaysia. The boy has not yet been found after he was pulled by the current while diving on Wednesday. His 46-year-old British father, an 18-year-old French woman and the 35-year-old Norwegian instructor were rescued.
