India’s hunger for cheap Russian oil is growing, even as the West continues to hit Moscow with unprecedented sanctions. It is estimated that Russia’s crude oil flow to India will be 3.36 million metric tons in May. That is almost 9 times more than the monthly average of 382,500 tons in 2021.
