You hardly believe that it is still possible, but a new construction project Van Loon makes it happen: living close to everything and having enough space of your own. Comfortable apartments are being built in a prime location in Gouda, which are a ten-minute bike ride from the Reeuwijkse Plassen and the center.
The construction of the houses on the Ridder van Catsweg has already started. That is not the only security that the developer offers you. Robert Roos from Boer Makelaardij Midden Holland and Lonneke Cramer from TW3 Makelaars tell more about the project and the guarantees of Wonen Van Loon.

Living in a prime location
Robert: “The location is very special: within ten minutes you are in the historic center of Gouda and you live right next to the large shopping center with all the shops you need.” If you go the other way, you can reach the Reeuwijkse Plassen just as quickly. Lonneke: “The highway and public transport are also nearby, ideal for wherever you need to go.”
The houses themselves are not bad either. “All homes have their own parking space and an outdoor area of at least eight square meters,” says Robert. New construction homes
You can of course expect that from a new-build home, but at Van Loon they go the extra mile. “It is often the case in new construction projects that you have to rent or purchase the energy system. This is included in the price,” Lonneke explains.
So that is a very nice bonus. Whether you want to live smaller because the children have left home or want to live larger to expand: there is a good chance that there is something for you. The houses have areas ranging from 63 to 127 square meters.
Choose certainty
Construction has already started. This means that you can now be sure that there will soon be a house where you can live. The developer wants to offer buyers even more certainty. That’s why there is the Fixed Construction Guaranteed Price. Lonneke explains what that means. “Buyers can choose to use the guaranteed price. This means that you are assured that you will receive a minimum amount for the sale of your current home.”
Robert adds: “A real estate agent will visit you to determine the current value of your home. If the value of your home falls, you will in any case receive 90 percent of the current value for your home.”

Get to know each other over drinks
The forecast is that the homes will be completed at the end of 2025. Lonneke: “There will be nine different types of owner-occupied apartments, spread over residential buildings B and C.” Are you curious how the houses what will it look like and what are the options?
